Hevea's HEVEX range offers three distinct joint types to match the specific movement demands and surface conditions of any bridge project — from urban flyovers to long-span railway crossings.

Our in-house team of trained engineers handles on-site installation, ensuring correct anchoring, sealing and alignment on every project. We are one of very few manufacturers in India approved by both MoRT&H and RDSO for expansion joints.

Single Strip Seal Expansion Joint

Single gap expansion joints designed for bridge deck movements of up to 80 mm. The steel edge profiles are anchored using high tensile bolts to prevent any malfunctioning, ensuring long-term structural integrity.

HEVEX SLAB 80

Slab Seal Expansion Joint

Slab seal expansion joints for bridge deck movements up to 80 mm. The slab seal element is reinforced with steel strips, providing exceptional resistance to traffic loads while maintaining a flush riding surface.

Compression Seal Expansion Joint

Compression seal expansion joints capable of accommodating movements up to 40 mm. The simplest of the three joint types, HEVEX COMP 80 is quick to install and ideally suited for bridges with low movement requirements.
